Location
You’ll find our clinic inside the Covenant Community Health Centre, part of Lakewood Covenant Wellness Community. We’re located at 28 Avenue NW and Lakewood Road East NW in Edmonton, Alberta.
LRT
The Valley Line LRT Mill Woods stop is a 15-minute walk from the Lakewood Covenant Community Health Centre. Or find your way to the clinic using the Edmonton Transit Service Trip Planner.
Bus
The clinic is easy to access by bus, with connections at Lakewood Town Centre immediately south of the Community Health Centre. Use the Edmonton Transit Service Trip Planner to choose a route.
