We’re a family health clinic designed around you and your primary care needs. Instead of having just one family doctor, we’re building a whole team of professionals working together to support you. Our goal is to provide you the right care, from the right provider, at the right time.

This is your medical home, a place where care is personal, connected and easy to access. Whether you need a routine check-up, help managing a long-term condition or support between visits, we’re here for you at every step.

What is primary care?

Primary care is the everyday health care you get when you're sick, need a check-up or have questions about your health. It’s usually your first stop in the health system and the doorway to more advanced care when you need it.

Location

You’ll find the Veres Family Health Clinic inside the Stelmach Community Health Centre (Suite 116) at the Covenant Wellness Community. We’re located at 29 Avenue NW and Lakewood Road East NW in Edmonton, Alberta.

The Valley Line LRT Mill Woods stop is a 15-minute walk from the Covenant Community Health Centre. Or find your way to the clinic using the Edmonton Transit Service Trip Planner.

Bus

The clinic is easy to access by bus, with connections at Lakewood Town Centre immediately south of the Community Health Centre. Use the Edmonton Transit Service Trip Planner to choose a route.
