Services

We offer primary care services for people of all ages. Whether you need a routine checkup or ongoing care for a long-term condition, our team is here to help.

Your care team includes physicians, nurses and allied health professionals who work together. We focus on prevention, treatment and ongoing support.

  • We provide care for infants, children and teens in a welcoming environment. Services include:

    • well-baby and child visits

    • growth and development monitoring

    • childhood immunizations

    • diagnosis and treatment of common childhood illnesses

    We work with families to support healthy development at every stage.

  • We support people living with long-term health conditions. Services include:

    • diabetes care

    • high blood pressure (hypertension) management

    • asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) care

    • heart disease management

    Our team works with you to manage your condition and improve your quality of life.

  • If you're feeling unwell or have a minor injury, we're here to help. We treat common illnesses and urgent (non-emergency) concerns such as infections, flu symptoms and minor injuries.

  • We focus on prevention and managing common health concerns, including prostate health, heart health, hormone-related conditions and lifestyle support.

  • We offer support for your mental and emotional health. Services include:

    • mental health counselling

    • early support for anxiety and depression

    • screening for common mental health conditions

    We provide a safe, confidential space to talk and get help.

  • Preventive care helps you stay healthy and catch concerns early. Services include:

    • routine checkups and annual physicals

    • immunizations

    • screening for blood pressure, cholesterol and cancer

    We work with you to create a plan for long-term health.

  • We provide care for older adults based on their specific health needs. Services include:

    • medication reviews

    • fall risk assessments

    • cognitive health screening

    We help older adults maintain independence and safety.

  • We provide care for women at every stage of life. Services include routine exams, reproductive health, menopause support and cancer screening.
